Welcome to the Essential Action Lever Support (EALS) 1.1 training hub for certified EALS Coaches!
The Essential Action Lever Support (EALS) 1.1 materials provided here are to be used to deliver professional development, provide implementation support, and engage in one-on-one coaching conversations with your engaged EALS campuses. The structure and content of the materials suit delivery in virtual and in-person environments.
You have received a distinct code to access the EALS trainer and participant materials. The code allows (ENTER NUMBER OF DOWNLOADS)and it will expire on(ENTER DATE). Trainer materials had been grouped according to the EALS training sequence:
- Preview Session
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Change Management
- Systems for Observation and Feedback
- Establishing DDI Systems
- Supplemental Materials
Permission to train and to use these materials is granted to all certified trainers in your organization as they work with EALS-engaged campuses. The trainer does not have permission to use these materials outside of the EALS 1.1 Training Scope and Sequence. Training materials and credentials may not be transferred to another individual. If the trainer leaves the organization, another representative from the organization must be trained.
