What is the Region 4 Store? The Region 4 Store is a web-based catalog of all Region 4 products. Some products include digital access to all or portions of the content and some are sold as digital-only products. Digital access is available at the Region 4 Hub. Many product descriptions include a preview of selected pages.

How do I make purchases on the Region 4 Store? The Region 4 Store accepts purchase orders and credit card payments. Please be prepared to provide a contact for billing and for digital access (when applicable).

How do I make purchases on the Region 4 Hub? The Region 4 Hub accepts only credit card payments. To make a tax-exempt purchase or to submit a purchase order, please contact the Region 4 Shipping Department via e-mail at shipping@esc4.net or by phone at 713.744.6302. Please include the exact product title and/or product ID in communication.

How do I access purchased products? New users will need to create a Region 4 Hub account. See “How do I create an account?” for more information. 
  • If the product is offered in both print and digital formats, users should log in to the Region 4 Hub and redeem the access code provided at the time of purchase. To redeem your purchase, click “My Account” in the menu bar. Your online bookshelf will display all products to which you have digital access. Note: Products will automatically display in your account following a credit card purchase.
  • Digital-Only Products
    • Purchased with a purchase order
      • You can access your purchase via an access code provided to you by the district purchaser or the product will be available on the Hub Bookshelf associated with the account.
    • Purchased with a credit card (Tax-exempted purchases cannot be made with a credit card.)
      • Once the credit card transaction is complete, the product will be available on the Hub Bookshelf associated with the account.

What happens if a district purchases a product with a limited license (e.g., 3-year digital license) for a teacher who leaves at some point during the license period? Licenses may be removed or transferred to another user for the remainder of the license period. To remove access or transfer access, please contact the Region 4 Shipping Department via e-mail at shipping@esc4.net or by phone at 713.744.6302.
