An email will be sent to you containing a link explaining how to reset your password. The link will only work once. After it has been clicked on, it will not work again.

How do I make purchases on the Region 4 Hub? The Region 4 Hub accepts only credit card purchases. To make a tax exempt purchase or to submit a purchase order (PO), please contact the Region 4 Shipping Department via email at shipping@esc4.net or by phone at 713.744.6302.

How do I make a tax exempt purchase? To make a tax exempt purchase, please contact the Region 4 shipping Department via email at shipping@esc4.net or by phone at 713.744.6302. Unfortunately, the Region 4 Hub cannot directly accept online tax exempt purchases.

How do I access purchased products? Once you have created a Region 4 Hub account and Shipping has provided access to a purchased product that includes digital access, login to the Region 4 Hub, and click on My Account in the black menu bar. Your online bookshelf will display all products to which you have digital access. Click on a book cover to view the Table of Contents or components for that product.

Products will automatically display in your account following a credit card purchase. Following a purchase order, we will have to verify purchasing information before granting digital access. This will result in a brief delay in access.

Can I download or print from the Region 4 Hub?

  • Only certain products or excerpts within products will be available for download depending on licensing and purchasing.
  • Purchasers are allowed to print documents one page at a time.
  • All Region 4 products are copyrighted. Please do not attempt to reproduce them unless downloading is included in the license.

What does it mean if I receive a message saying that I have exceeded my user sessions or access limit? This message could be received for a few reasons.

  • If you close an Internet browser without logging out of the Region 4 Hub and then immediately try to sign back in, the system will have to time you out before allowing access.
  • If you have signed into your account on more than one device at the same time, the system may end your session because it has recognized too many simultaneous users.
  • If you share your login information with someone else who signs into your account when you also signed into it, the system will remove both of you because it has recognized too many simultaneous users.

What do I do if I receive a message saying that I have exceeded my user sessions or access limit?

  • Give it time. The system will have to clear before it will allow you to login again.
  • Try clearing your cache.
  • Make sure you are using the either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your Internet browser.

What happens if a district purchases a product with a 3-year digital license for a teacher who leaves at some point during the 3-year period? If a district purchases a product with a 3-year digital license for a teacher who leaves the district during the 3-year period, we can remove product access from that teacher's account. We can then transfer the remaining amount of time on that license to a new teacher's account. Please contact the Region 4 Shipping Department via email at shipping@esc4.net or by phone at 713.744.6302 to follow through on this transfer.

Which Internet browser is most compatible with the Region 4 Hub? Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox work well with the Region 4 Hub. Internet Explorer may cause some features of the Hub to work improperly.
