Account Information


How do I create an account? Click on "Register," located below the log-in area on the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Enter your e-mail address and all of the remaining information.


How do I change my password? Click on “Forgot password,” located below the log-in area. Enter your e-mail address and click “Start reset process.” An e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to you.


How can I change my account information? To change your account information, please contact the Region 4 Shipping Department via e-mail at shipping@esc4.net or by phone at 713.744.6302.


What does it mean if I receive a message saying that I have exceeded my user sessions or access limit?

This message could be received for a few reasons. Some common reasons are listed below:

  • If you close an Internet browser without logging out of the Region 4 Hub and then immediately try to sign back in, the system will temporarily end your session. To access your account, log out completely, clear your cache, and/or wait a few minutes to access the system again.
  • If you have signed in to your account on more than one device at the same time, the system may end your session because it has recognized too many simultaneous users. To access your account, log out completely, clear your cache, and/or wait a few minutes to access the system again.
  • If you share your log-in information with someone else who signs into your account when you also have signed in to it, the system will remove both of you because it has recognized too many simultaneous users. To access your account, do not share your access information with other individuals.
  • If you still cannot access your account, contact the Region 4 Shipping Department via e-mail at shipping@esc4.net or by phone at 713.744.6302.

Purchasing Information


How do I make purchases on the Region 4 Hub? The Region 4 Hub accepts only credit card purchases. To make a tax-exempt purchase or to submit a purchase order (PO), please contact the Region 4 Shipping Department via e-mail at shipping@esc4.net or by phone at 713.744.6302.


How do I make a tax-exempt purchase? To make a tax-exempt purchase, please contact the Region 4 Shipping Department via e-mail at shipping@esc4.net or by phone at 713.744.6302.


How do I access purchased products? New users will need to create a Region 4 Hub account. See “How do I create an account?on this page for more information. Current users should log in to the Region 4 Hub and redeem the access code provided at the time of purchase. To redeem your purchase, click “My Account” in the black menu bar. Your online bookshelf will display all products to which you have digital access. Note: Products will automatically display in your account following a credit card purchase.


What happens if a district purchases a product with a limited license (e.g., 3-year digital license) for a teacher who leaves at some point during the license period? Licenses may be removed or transferred to another user for the remainder of the license period. To remove access or transfer access, please contact the Region 4 Shipping Department via e-mail at shipping@esc4.net or by phone at 713.744.6302.

Can I download or print from the Region 4 Hub? Download or print access is dependent on the product purchased. Please review the product description for details about downloading and printing access. For products with print access, pages may be printed one at a time.


Which Internet browser is most compatible with the Region 4 Hub? Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the recommended browsers for use of the Region 4 Hub. Use of Internet Explorer may cause some features of the Hub to work improperly. 


Is a Region 4 account different than a Region 4 Hub account? Yes. A Region 4 account is found at www.esc4.net and hosts workshop transcripts and certificates. A Region 4 Hub account is found at r4hub.esc4.net and provides access to products that come with a digital license.


I'm having trouble viewing the tabs in the dark gray area where the "My Account" should be. The Region 4 Hub features may appear differently if you zoom in at 150% or higher. However, the menu items can still be accessed by clicking “Menu” in the middle right of your screen.
